This is a natural method that helps to decrease and sometimes
reduces the adverse effects of the Alpha Gal allergy to meats and dairy as developed by Dr. Soliman. It requires one small needle placed
in the ear.
Alpha-gal allergy, also known as meat allergy or mammalian meat
allergy (MMA), is a reaction to galactose-alpha-1,3-galactose
(alpha-gal), whereby the body
is overloaded with immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibodies on contact with the
Alpha-gal molecule.
Alph-gal is gotten when one is bitten by a Rocky Mountain Tic. This tic is currently prevelant in the Southeast. It has a small, white dot on its back.
SAAT can be performed on any allergy as well. The ear set-pin is kept in the ear for three weeks to re-educate the immune system.
